Purchase Tokens Online for Your Meter Man Prepaid Meter
Tenants using The Meter Man’s prepaid meters can purchase prepaid electricity and water tokens in a variety of online ways, ensuring that they can recharge 24 hours a day countrywide.
The Meter Man has their own online vending platform TMM@Pay. Tenants can purchase tokens on our website as well as on our apps available on the Google Play Store or the Apple iStore. Tenants can also purchase from any of our vending partners.
How to get started on TMM@Pay:
- Your will need an online banking account.
- Your prepaid meter number.
- A cell phone number to receive the 20-digit recharge token via SMS.
Registration Process
- If you are not already registered to buy tokens via our website on TMM@Pay:
- Go to https://www.themeterman.co.za/tmmpay/
- Once you are on the page click on – “Please click here to register” and create your profile.
- Link your meter or meters to your profile.
- You will return to the login page again. Use your login credentials to login.
- Create a payment method under “MY PROFILE” and select the payment method, this can be either be SID instant EFT or a credit card. Go to “MY METERS”, select the meter you would like purchase on.
- The page will be redirected to your internet banking login, from here you can securely login, enter your one-time pin (OTP) that you will receive via SMS to finalise your payment.
- Your token will be generated and supplied on the final screen as a receipt.
To download the TMM@Pay App, simply download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple iStore and follow the registration process described above.
