As you may be aware, the annual municipal tariff increases come into effect on 1 July 2025. Kindly note that these changes may impact electricity, water, sanitation, and refuse tariffs as determined by your local municipality or body corporate.
We therefore kindly request that once your July and August municipal accounts become available, you forward them to us. This will enable us to:
Verify and update the applicable tariffs on your metering system.
Ensure continued billing accuracy and alignment with the current municipal or body corporate rates.
We recommend sending the updated municipal accounts by the end of August to ensure all adjustments are correctly applied.
