How to Find Your Prepaid Meter Number
The first place to check your prepaid utility meter for a number that is 11 digits long. This is usually on the front of the meter. If the number is missing or not visible for any reason, here are a few ways to find your meter number.
How to Find Your Prepaid Electricity Meter Number
Enter one of the unique codes below to find your prepaid electricity meter number:
- Hexing electricity meters – press 804
- Landis+Gyr electricity meters – press i024 (it will display the first 8 digits on the screen, then after a few seconds it will display the remaining 3 digits)
- Waison electricity meters – press 75 then press Enter
How to Find Your Prepaid Water Meter Number
Enter one of the unique codes below to find your prepaid electricity meter number:
- Laison water meters – press 51 then press Enter (ignore the 01 at the beginning of the number, as the meter number is only 11 digits long)
- Utility water meters – switch the keypad on and the meter number will scroll across the screen.
